The ‘Hopi’ variety of the crepe myrtle is a semi dwarf, multi-stemmed tree that grows moderately fast. In summer it has glossy green leaves and masses of attractive bright pink flowers. In autumn its foliage turns a gorgeous red-orange. When mature it has distinctive mottled bark. They are great ornamental trees for tight areas, courtyards and narrow/small gardens.
